Senior Mobile Property Caretaker position based in the Colchester, Stanway areas.
Community Property Care is looking for a hardworking and reliable person to fill our the above role , to undertake regular grounds maintenance and Communal Cleaning (Gardening and cleaning tasks).
Salary Range. £25000.00 to £26000.00 plus Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. 30 min unpaid break.

Main Duties:
- Regular grounds maintenance of external areas across a wide portfolio of developments, both large and small, as well as cleaning of internal communal areas.
- Carry out general ground gardening maintenance, ad hoc maintenance and minor repairs.
- Assist with the cleaning of internal communal areas within the region, that extends to our wider business model.
- Help assess maintenance and health and safety issues including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
Person Specification:
- Have a keen interest in Gardening, experience preferred, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type of role would be highly advantageous.
- Have at least 1 year of cleaning experience and Gradening experience
- Demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- Take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- Experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames, leading aTeam
- All company paperwork is on our Work phone (Full training given)
- A team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- Live in or around the Colchester area
- Hold a current and full manual Driving License (essential)
