You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, so a friendly, professional and helpful manner is essential. Alongside reception duties, you will also provide administrative support across the business in a busy, fast-paced office role and receive training in a range of internal processes.
This is not purely a front-desk role. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist the records team by making chaser calls to clients for outstanding documents or information
- Undertake a variety of company secretarial administrative duties, with full training provided, including:
- Forming limited companies
- Adding and removing directors
- Processing share transfers and allotments
- Handling other related administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident dealing with clients. The role involves a mix of reception work, telephone calls, administration and process-driven tasks, so accuracy and a willingness to learn are important.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using a computer and standard office software
- Professional manner and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment with competing priorities
- Good attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
Salary:
