Full job description

The ideal candidate should be flexible and show enthusiasm and commitment to provide exceptional customer service to our patient population. Applicants should be highly motivated and be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

The vacancy is 20.5 hours per week.

Monday - 08:00am -13:00pm

Wednesday - 07:30am - 13:00pm

Thursday - 08:00am -13:00pm

Friday - 13:00pm - 18:00pm

Please be aware there is also overtime available to cover annual leave and sickness.

Main duties of the job

Working within a small reception team to answer telephone calls from patients, monitor Anima online queries, interact with patients face to face at our front desk, deal with administration queries and any other duties given.

Previous experience of working within a GP surgery or medical setting is desirable but we welcome applications from candidates who have exceptional customer service and administration skills.

You should have previous experience of:

Working both face to face and on the telephone with the public.

Working with IT systems

Knowledge of Microsoft packages
