Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking the shelves, keeping the shop clean and tidy.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their enquiries
Organising and replenishing stock on shelves and displays to ensure attractive presentation.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store environment.
Supporting merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively
Handling transactions accurately at the checkout point

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
