Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician
Mobile Role – Yorkshire
Vertu Motors are looking to recruit an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to support our dealerships across Yorkshire in a mobile role.
This is a fantastic, rare opportunity for a skilled PDR Technician who enjoys variety in their role, working across multiple sites to ensure vehicles are presented to the highest possible standard for our customers. We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 OTE £47,000 plus company benefits.
About the Role
As a mobile PDR Technician, you will travel between our dealership sites across Yorkshire, carrying out high-quality dent removal repairs on a wide range of vehicles. A company van will be provided for business use.
You will play a key role in supporting our dealerships by ensuring vehicles are retail-ready and meet both manufacturer and Vertu standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out paintless dent removal repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Assess damage and determine the most effective repair approach
- Deliver high-quality workmanship in line with manufacturer and company standards
- Support sites in preparing vehicles for sale and customer handover
- Manage your workload effectively across multiple locations
- Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle to a high standard
- Adhere to all health and safety policies
- Build strong working relationships with dealership colleagues
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Paintless Dent Removal Technician (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to deliver consistently high-quality repairs independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a mobile role across multiple sites
- Professional, team-focused approach
