About Us
Synergy Style UK is a fast-growing home improvements company specialising in the supply and installation of high-quality windows, doors, conservatories, and home improvement products across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a reliableand hardworking Driver / Fitter / Labourer to join our growing installations team.
This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys beinghands-on, working outdoors, and being part of a busy and professional team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving company vehicles to and from customer properties and suppliers.
- Loading and unloading windows, doors, glass units and materials safely.
- Assisting installation teams with fitting windows, doors and other home improvement products.
- Carrying out general labouring duties on-site.
- Ensuring products and materials are transported safely and securely.
- Keeping company vehicles clean and organised.
- Assisting with collections and deliveries from suppliers.
- Supporting installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
✔ Full UK Driving Licence.
✔ Good level of physical fitness and ability to carry heavy materials.
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✔ Reliable and punctual.
✔ Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
✔ Excellent communication skills and professional manner with customers.
Desirable:
✔ Previous experience in windows and doors installation.
✔ Experience within the home improvements or construction industry.
✔ Experience driving vans and transporting building materials.
