One week you could be building a 6-metre curved reception desk.
The next you'll be crafting a bespoke boardroom table, feature wall panelling or one-off furniture that becomes the centrepiece of a client's headquarters.

We're looking for someone who...
- Loves making furniture and joinery properly.
- Can read drawings without breaking into a cold sweat.
- Knows their way around workshop machinery.
- Has a great eye for detail.
- Enjoys solving the little problems every bespoke project throws at you.
- Takes pride in seeing a finished piece and thinking... 'That looks fantastic.'
What you'll actually be doing.
This isn't production-line work.
You'll be manufacturing high-quality bespoke furniture including:
- All kinds of reception desks
- Boardroom tables
- Wall panelling
- Bespoke storage
- Commercial interiors
- Solid surface furniture
- Feature joinery
Every job is different.
Every project brings something new to learn.
What you'll get
£20.00+ per hour / £47K+ Per Annum, depending on experience.
Plus:
- Hour 4 ½ Day week (Monday – Friday until 13:00)
- 23 Days Holiday plus all Bank Holidays
- Company Healthcare Scheme (after 3 months)

- Overtime available (Time and ½ and Time 3/4 Rates)

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a vacancy. We're looking for another craftsman to join our team. Somebody who enjoys building furniture that clients photograph, admire and use every day. Somebody who still gets satisfaction from creating something properly.

We're currently recruiting two experienced Bench Joiners / Cabinet Makers to join our growing workshop in Milton Keynes.
