Are you a skilled and passionate joinery professional looking for your next challenge? James Wellesley Joinery, a leading high-end joinery company, is seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to join our team.

Based at our state-of-the-art workshop in Kent, you’ll oversee bespoke interior projects primarily across London’s most luxurious residences.

About Us:

We specialise in designing, manufacturing, and installing bespoke joinery – from intricate wardrobes and dressing rooms to fully integrated kitchens and unique free-standing pieces.

Our ethos is rooted in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and a personal service to our clients, collaborating with architects, designers, developers, and private customers.

The Role:

Manage joinery projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
Coordinate between our Kent workshop and London project sites, with regular site visits and client meetings.
Lead a talented team of designers, cabinet makers, and installers, ensuring seamless execution.
Utilise your expertise to problem-solve and maintain our high standards of luxury craftsmanship.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a project manager in bespoke joinery or high-end furniture.
Strong organisational and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
Comfortable travelling between our Kent workshop and London sites.
