Full job description

Lemons Bar is a creative craft cocktail bar located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells in the pantiles. It focusses on building relationships with its customers and tailoring drinks to their specific tastes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktails, and drink recipes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
