We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service & Sales Advisor to support our customers across our full range of pet insurance products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service all while working in a supportive, collaborative team.

What You be Doing

Answer and resolve customer queries, taking full ownership from first contact to resolution
Carry out general policy administration for customers and internal teams
Follow up on insurance enquiries via outbound calling and convert them into active policies
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, helpful communication
Produce accurate, compliant documentation and keep customer records up to date
Build strong knowledge of our pet insurance products
Identify trends, highlight issues and suggest improvements to management
Work closely with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting newer team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and FCA regulations
Take part in ongoing learning and development activities

Skills and Requirements

A strong customer service mindset and a genuine desire to help people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in identifying sales opportunities and following up effectively
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative approach
