We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be capable of carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Carpentry and joinery work
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and flooring repairs
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting assistance
- Fencing, decking, and external maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Own tools and transport is provided
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
