Dual Site Practice Manager (GDC Registered)Location:

Market Drayton

Salary: dependent on experience

Full-time | Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organised Dual Site Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two busy dental practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, driving operational excellence, and supporting high-performing clinical teams.

The successful candidate must be GDC registered and will play a key role in ensuring both practices remain fully compliant, efficient, patient-focused, and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operational management of both practices
Lead, support, and develop clinical and non-clinical teams
Ensure full compliance with GDC, CQC, HTM 01-05, and all relevant regulatory requirements
Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction
Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance management
Support clinicians to ensure smooth and efficient surgery utilisation
Monitor KPIs, practice performance, and business growth opportunities
Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and effectively
Ensure health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures are maintained
Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement across both sites

Essential Requirements

MUST be GDC registered
Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager
Experience managing multiple sites or large teams preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent understanding of compliance and dental regulations
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Commercial awareness with a proactive and solution-focused approach
