Job Summary

Cross Accounting Service is an Accountancy practise based in Rhiwbina, Cardiff, and Pencoed Bridgend, we pride ourselves on delivering a strong customer led service. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate with training the ability to deliver good customer service skills.

A vacancy has arisen for our Cardiff office for a full time Customer Service Co-ordinator.

This will be an interesting role for the successful candidate, we have training plans in place for all of our members of staff, and develop the skills of our staff on an ongoing basis.

The types of duties our Customer Service Co-ordinator will be doing are as below.

· Handling of onboarding client paperwork

· Contact for early stages of client sign up

· Collating of ID and MLR processes for Client onboarding

· Meeting and greeting clients in the office and at business events

· Statistics of marketing data collection

· Payroll Services

· Basic bookkeeping Using Sage, Quickbooks and Xero

· Pick up books from clients office

. Update Sales ledger and cashflow Cross Accounting

· Any other duties that your manager may ask you to do relating to the

above job description.

DESIRABLE PERSONAL QUALITIES

Needs to demonstrate at least one years work experience in an office environment, ideally in Customer Service.

An aptitude to learn from others and work well in a team.

They will need to reliable and punctual with qualities of a caring nature.

Pay: £27,500.00 per year
