Looking for More Than Just Another Office Job?
Three years ago, Navitas was founded in a garage with one ambition: to challenge the way the electrical industry thinks about circuit protection.
Today, we’ve grown into an award winning business generating more than £2 million in annual sales, supplying premium circuit protection products through both independent and national electrical wholesalers across the UK. Our team now spans the country, our products are trusted by thousands of electricians and we’re continuing to invest in new products, new technology and the people who will help shape our future.
We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but we’re even more excited about where we’re going.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Business Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team and play an important role in the day to day success of the business.
This isn’t just another customer service position.
It’s an opportunity to build a career within an ambitious company where you’ll be trusted, valued and encouraged to grow.
About the Role
As our Business Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first people our customers speak to and one of the people they remember.
You’ll work closely with electrical wholesalers across the UK, supporting customers with enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and ensuring every interaction reflects the standards we’re building our reputation on.
You’ll also work alongside our sales team, warehouse and suppliers, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
No two days are the same.
Some days you’ll be helping a customer with an urgent requirement.
Other days you’ll be coordinating deliveries, supporting the sales team, resolving customer queries or improving the way we work.
If you enjoy variety, taking ownership and making a genuine difference, you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales support and business administration.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by telephone, email and online.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating deliveries and proactively keeping customers updated.
- Supporting our external sales team with quotations, customer information and project enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM.
- Managing product returns and issuing credit notes.
- Monitoring stock availability and communicating lead times.
- Producing customer statements and supporting credit control activities.
- Working closely with our warehouse, logistics partners and suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re far more interested in attitude than previous industry experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and enjoys speaking with people.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computers and learning new software.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Positive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a close knit team.
Experience in customer service, sales support, office administration or a similar role would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
Previous experience within the electrical industry isn’t necessary. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Why Join Navitas?
We’re building more than just a successful business.
We’re building a brand that people genuinely believe in.
Joining Navitas means becoming part of a close, ambitious team where your contribution matters and your ideas are valued.
You’ll work directly alongside experienced colleagues, gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and have the opportunity to develop your skills as the company continues to grow.
We believe in trusting our people, giving them responsibility and creating opportunities for them to succeed.
If you’re looking for somewhere you can build a career rather than simply do a job, we’d love to hear from you.
