Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Nursery Practitioner Apprentice to join our welcoming nursery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Early Years qualification. You'll receive full support and training from experienced practitioners as you develop the skills needed for a successful career in childcare.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the daily care, learning, and development of children aged 0– 12 years.
Assisting in planning and delivering fun, engaging, and educational activities.
Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development.
Supporting meal and snack times, personal care, and daily routines.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for working with young children.
Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential, depending on apprenticeship provider requirements.
No previous childcare experience is necessary—we'll provide the training and support you need.
