We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Solicitor (0–6 PQE) to join our highly regarded Family Finance team at Stephens Scown. Based in either our Exeter or Taunton office, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for excellence in family law.
You will work on a broad range of family finance matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Complex assets and high-net-worth clients
- Child maintenance and financial provision for children
You’ll have the opportunity to take on your own caseload (appropriate to your level), while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
We’re keen to hear from candidates who:
- Are qualified solicitors between 0–6 years’ PQE
- Have experience or a strong interest in family finance work
- Demonstrate strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Are empathetic, professional, and client-focused
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Are motivated to contribute to business development and team growth
