Job Description:

SERVICE ADVISOR

We have an opening to join the Southwest Nissan Exeter team.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work within the service department at our main dealership.

Required skills

Ability to work well within the Exeter team
Contribute to service department profitability
Communication and excellent customer service skills are a must
Create positive relationships with customers to maintain customer retention
Organisational ability to work well within deadlines
Communicate with the workshop to ensure that vehicles will be ready on time
Confident upsell of retention products and additional work

Experience:

· No experience needed, extensive training will be given

· Knowledge of Keyloop is an advantage

· Communication and customer service qualities are vital
