About the Roles
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all holiday accommodation and/or facilities are cleaned to an exceptional standard. You will work as part of a team to create a welcoming environment for our guests, helping them enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Team Member:
- Clean and prepare holiday accommodation and facilities to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Complete a range of housekeeping duties as required to meet business needs.
- Follow set cleaning procedures and schedules as instructed by supervisors.
- Ensure all finishing touches, such as coffee pods and bath mats, are added where necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping stores.
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Carry out deep-cleaning tasks as required.
- Conduct inventory checks and replace missing or broken items.
Facilities Cleaner:
- Clean holiday facilities to a consistently high standard, including clubs, touring and camping shower blocks, and toilet facilities.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, schedules, and standards as directed by the Accommodation Manager or Supervisors.
- Complete all required cleaning checklists accurately and ensure they are signed off in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Maintain cleaning stores to ensure they are clean, organised, well stocked, and free from clutter at all times.
- Identify and report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Accommodation Manager or Supervisors.

Education, Training, and Experience
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential as full training is given)
- Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards

- Friendly and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Flexibility to meet business demands

Various (to include Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, and school holidays)
