Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the shop is well-organised and stocked.

Training will be provided

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting tickets.
Utilise phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Engage in selling techniques, including upselling additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organised shop environment by restocking shelves and ensuring displays are tidy.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing clear information about products and promotions.
Handle transactions accurately, employing basic maths skills for cash handling and sales processing.
Requirements
Weekend and midweek availability
Strong communication skills in English.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
A friendly disposition with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
