Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Maker and bring craftsmanship to life through precision woodworking and custom furniture creation. In this role, you will transform raw materials into beautifully crafted cabinets and fixtures, ensuring each piece meets high standards of quality and functionality. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional products that enhance our clients’ spaces, all while working in a lively, supportive environment that values your skills and dedication.

Responsibilities

Fabricate custom cabinets and furniture pieces using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and joinery techniques to ensure precise dimensions and finishes
Assemble cabinet components with attention to detail, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal
Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently during fabrication and assembly processes
Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood materials according to project specifications
Collaborate with project managers and designers to interpret plans and modify designs as needed
Perform construction painting, finishing, and touch-ups to achieve a polished final product
Assist in heavy lifting of materials and components to maintain workflow efficiency while adhering to safety standards

Experience

Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, or joinery within a woodworking or construction environment
Skilled in the use of hand tools such as chisels, saws, drills, and screwdrivers
Proficient with power tools including routers, sanders, drills, and saws for precise cutting and shaping
Knowledge of roofing, plumbing, masonry or electrical systems is a plus but not required; must be open to learning new skills as needed
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during material handling and installation processes
Familiarity with construction painting techniques for finishing touches on cabinetry or fixtures
Prior experience working on construction sites or in workshop settings is highly desirable
