Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and a strong background in food preparation and service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring high quality and adherence to safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Title: Assistant Manager

Salary: £30,000 per year plus service charge

Hours: Full time from Monday to Sunday, daytime and evening availability required, including weekends

Requirements:

▪ Proven experience as an Assistant Manager

▪ Ability to lead and motivate a team

▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

▪ Strong organisational and time management skills

▪ Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends

▪ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

▪ Passion for food and customer service

▪ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

▪ Cash handling/cash-up, key holder responsibilities

▪ Experience working with Resdiary, responding to e-mails, using Microsoft Office and POS systems
