About this Role:
Based within our Investor Services brand in the WEST division, your main duty will be to manage a portfolio of properties. Responsible for coordinating all the resources to effectively manage a portfolio of residential developments and deliver outstanding service to our customers. As the lead person for the portfolio, you will take ownership for all aspects of service delivery and control to provide an efficient and cost-effective management service, ensuring delivery within required standards and target timescales. This is based in our Plymouth office.
Main Duties and Objectives:

To be familiar with leases/TP1s for properties within the portfolio and enforcing the covenants and ensuring that obligations are met in line with current property law.

Prepare and issue budgets for properties within the portfolio and monitor expenditure.

Agree year end accounts for properties with the client and deal with enquiries as they arise.

Carry out regular visits to properties within the portfolio and carry out EGM/AGMs.

Appoint and manage the performance of cleaners, grounds maintenance and other contractors.
Essential Skills:

Experience and knowledge in the management of a residential portfolio within block management

TPI (foundation) qualified
-
Great attention to detail, Organisation and Prioritisation.

Experience of preparing and issuing budgets for properties.

Ability to organise and run face to face meetings with Clients.
Bonus Skills:

ATPI qualification (or willingness to work towards accreditation.)
