With a close-knit team of around 30 employees, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, technical expertise, and industry-leading products across sport optics and accessories. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, confident, and adaptable Technical Support Advisor to join our team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys customer interaction, and has a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service via telephone, email, and other communication channels
Answer incoming sales enquiries and provide expert product advice
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure all company SOPs and operational procedures are followed consistently
Support senior management directives in a timely and professional manner
Represent Optics Warehouse at industry trade shows, including logistics, setup, and customer engagement
Adapt to varying business needs and support different departments during peak periods
Build strong technical product knowledge to confidently assist customers with specialist shooting and optics-related queries

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

An active shooter or has strong practical shooting experience/knowledge (essential)
Knowledgeable in firearms, optics, and shooting accessories
Confident and professional when communicating with customers
Sales-driven, motivated, and target-focused
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Adaptable and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Willing to travel occasionally for events and trade shows
Previous sales, retail, customer service, or technical product experience is advantageous
