We’ve spent years delving deep into the world of burgers – For us,there’s no such thing as a “just a cheeseburger.” Oh no,we’re talking about a universe of patties:from thick,juicy 6oz steakhouse delights to crispy diner-style smashburgers,and even the oh-so-filthy Oklahoma-style patties that’ll have you questioning your entire existence.

Now,we’re on the hunt for a Head Chef with a fire in their belly (and possibly a grease stain or two on their apron) who can serve up world-class burgers even when the smash hits the pan. If you can flip a patty like a pro,keep your cool under pressure,and love the idea of creating burger magic every day – then we want YOU.

People Skills Like a Boss: You’ll be the leader of the pack—recruit,onboard,develop,inspire,leading from the front,and show them how it's done!
Food Excellence: Every dish is your masterpiece. We’re not just serving burgers; we’re sending it to the world burger championships finals. Every burger needs to be perfect,if it’s not 10/10 then it’s not getting far!
Operational Wizardry: Can you fix it if it’s broken? Can you manage food wait times and keep customers smiling? If you’ve got the magic touch for finding solutions,we’re all in!
Stock and Supply Guru: You’re on top of every ingredient,every sauce,and every bun. You know what’s in the walk-in,and you definitely know who to call if something goes AWOL.
