Full job description

We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual (or two dedicated specialists) to join our growing team. This unique position bridges the gap between operational precision and digital creativity, ensuring our business runs smoothly both behind the scenes and online.

We are open to hiring one full-time candidate (40 hours/week) or splitting the position into two separate part-time roles (20 hours/week each) for candidates specialising in either Stock Control or Creative Content.

Role 1: Stock Controller (20 hrs/week)

You will take full ownership of our physical inventory and daily reporting to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

Conducting daily stock takes and comprehensive inventory checks.
Identifying discrepancies and investigating "where and why the numbers don't match."
Reporting directly to the Manager with accurate daily updates.

Role 2: Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator (20 hrs/week)

We are looking for a creative storyteller who understands that great content should not only look good but also drive sales and increase revenue.

Designing eye-catching graphics and high-quality video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
Skilled in using design tools and video editing software.
Managing social platforms and boosting brand awareness through active interaction.
Keeping our website fresh by updating products and monitoring stock levels online.
Monitoring engagement metrics to refine our digital strategy.

What we are looking for:

Creativity: A natural flair for visual aesthetics and engaging storytelling.
Attention to Detail: Precision in both stock counting and digital proofing.
Caring & Dedicated: Someone who takes ownership of their tasks and cares about the brand.
Professionalism: A dedicated team player who takes ownership of their tasks and cares about the brand’s success.
Technical Skills: Ability to navigate CMS platforms and social media algorithms.
