About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Member (18+ years), you will be at the heart of our guest experience, providing outstanding service across our bars, restaurants, and food outlets. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional bar (including cocktail making) and table service, ensuring every guest feels valued and well looked after.
Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
Confidently upsell food and beverage options in a commercial environment.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation across bars, restaurants, and all front‑of‑house areas.
Comply fully with licensing laws, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
Accurately handle cash, card transactions, and follow all security and till procedures.
Respond to guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary in line with company policy.

Education, Experience and Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality (preferred)
Strong customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Food safety training would be advantageous (full training provided where required).
A professional and well-presented appearance
