Junior Sales Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and friendly member of staff to join our retail sales team. You will be working with a team that offer knowledge and advice to customers in an equestrian retail environment. An understanding and interest in horses is necessary in order to offer professional customer service.

Key Skills:

Must have confidence in selling quality products
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to learn
Self-driven and time-conscious qualities
Ability to listen to customer questions and respond accordingly
Equine experience/product knowledge

Job Roles:

Assisting customers with purchases in store
Safety wear fitting
Loading feed & bedding into customer vehicles
Operating of stock systems
General shop duties such as stock taking, order management, tidying etc.
Telephone operating
Handling of customer orders through telephone and email

This job would suit:

Someone that has an interest in horses but is looking to progress in a retail environment. Must be over 16 years of age.
