RD Clinics | Clapham Common SW4 & Lavender Hill SW11

Commission-Based Pay (paid only per client, not on a hourly basis)

RD Clinics is actively recruiting exceptional hands-on Physiotherapists and Sports & Remedial Massage Therapists to join our elite team.

This role is primarily for anyone full-time or part-time that is available for a set weekly rota with the option of overtime shifts!
(Weekends & evenings are our busiest shifts and the money makers for any new therapists coming onboard so these would be the ones to pick up first!)

We specialise in hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and performance-based care, working closely with athletes, gym-goers, runners, Cross Fitters, and everyday clients who want real results.

This isn’t just another clinic — it’s a fast-paced, energetic environment where great therapists build busy, loyal client lists quickly.

The Opportunity

We are specifically recruiting therapists who:

Can commit to regular weekly shifts
Want high demand, busy diaries, and strong earning potential

Shift Structure

Approx. 6 hours single shift & 12 hours double shifts (8am-8pm)
Overtime frequently available during peak periods

Required availability:

Monday - Saturdays: 8am - 2pm, 2pm–8pm or 8am-8pm.
Sundays: 9am–6pm.

Who We’re Looking For -

Sports & Remedial Massage Therapists

Deliver high-level sports massage and soft tissue treatments
Build and retain a loyal client base
Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
Maintain accurate treatment notes
Work closely with management on retention and package growth
Stay up to date with modern techniques and CPD
Minimum Level 3 sports massage

Hands-On Physiotherapists

All of the above plus
Deliver standalone physiotherapy sessions
Expect 60–70% hands-on physiotherapy, with massage integrated into care plans, the rest sports and remedial massage treatments.

Requirements

Minimum Level 3 Sports Massage qualification
Physios must be HCPC registered
Full professional insurance
Proven hands-on experience
Strong weekend availability
Business-minded, proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team

Bonus skills (The more treatments you offer, the busier you get):

Dry cupping
Myofascial release
Lymphatic drainage
Pregnancy massage
Dry needling

Pay & Benefits

Commission-Based Pay (paid only per client, not on a hourly basis)

£14–£37 per massage client (30–90 mins)
£25–£30 per physiotherapy session (40 mins)

Guaranteed 10–40 hours per week

Help growing a strong, long-term client base
