Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role
- Procure a diverse range of products and equipment from global suppliers in line with client specifications and commercial objectives.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, lead times and payment terms to achieve the best value for our clients.
- Ensure all sourced products meet required technical standards, quality expectations and delivery deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a global network of suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure quality, availability and on-time delivery of products.
- Identify and develop new supplier opportunities to support business growth and client requirements.
- Efficiently manage multiple RFQs (Requests for Quotation) simultaneously, ensuring accurate and timely submissions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Deliver end-to-end account management for existing customers, coordinating sourcing, procurement, logistics and after-sales support.
- Consistently achieve personal and team KPIs, revenue targets and performance objectives.
- Contribute to business growth through proactive customer engagement, effective procurement strategies and strong commercial performance.
Skills and Experience required
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, account management, sales supply chain, or a related commercial role.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate supplier quotations and identify cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers.
- Experience managing multiple projects, RFQs, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence interacting with international suppliers and clients.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and source products that meet customer requirements.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Proven ability to achieve performance targets, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- A positive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach to work.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
