Multiple roles available based in Portswood, Southampton | Zero-Hour Contracts | Immediate Opportunities....

Please note that all roles will be offered on a permanent and long term baisis as time and investment will be given for full training and development, if you're only looking for a short term contract then this is not for you...

Battle of Britain Dodgems is Southampton's newest immersive family entertainment attraction, combining World War II themed Dodgem Car Dogfights, Flight Simulators, Interactive Shooting Games and a Café Experience unlike anything else in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as we start our new journey! We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly people to join our launch team. If you enjoy working with the public, love creating memorable customer experiences and can keep smiling under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.

Available Positions...

DODGEM CAR ATTENDANT

Supervising game sessions
Assisting customers boarding and exiting vehicles
Delivering safety briefings
Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere
Monitoring gameplay and enforcing rules

Ideal qualities:

Excellent people skills
Confidence speaking to groups
Positive attitude and sense of humour
Interest in history or WWII themes

FLIGHT SIMULATOR ATTENDANT

Assisting guests with our flight simulators
Explaining controls and gameplay
Troubleshooting basic technical issues
Delivering an outstanding customer experience

Ideal experience:

Gaming, simulation or technical background
Strong communication skills
Passion for aviation, technology or WWII history

SHOOTING RANGE ATTENDANT

Supervising our interactive shooting range
Delivering safety briefings
Assisting guests during gameplay
Maintaining equipment and targets

Ideal experience:

Knowledge of Nerf products or shooting games
Great customer service skills
Confident and approachable personality

What We're Looking For

All applicants should have:

✅ Strong communication skills

✅ Reliability and punctuality

✅ Confidence working with children, families and corporate groups

✅ Ability to work evenings, weekends and school holidays

Desirable Qualifications

DBS Check
First Aid Certificate
Experience in leisure, hospitality, attractions or entertainment venues
Passion for WWII history, aviation, gaming or interactive attractions

Interviews will be held over the next 2-3 weeks with a view of a start date (TBC) for the last week of July/first week of August.
