Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and providing exceptional support to both clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a proficiency in various office software applications.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Support the team with clerical duties including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance productivity and communication.

Requirements

Proven experience in an office environment as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computerised systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in data entry with attention to detail.
