Fully Private Dental Practice Seeking a Periodontist to Join Our Friendly 5-Star Team
We are a fully private dental practice looking for an experienced Periodontist to join our friendly, patient-focused team. We are committed to delivering exceptional standards of private dental care and are seeking a clinician who shares our passion for providing high-quality specialist treatments and outstanding patient experiences.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ UK experience in periodontics, with strong expertise in private patient care and a commitment to excellence.
Clinical availability:
- One specialist session per month (with potential to increase depending on demand and patient growth)
Candidates will be invited for a trial day. Trial day is fully payable.
We will consider candidates that live in London, if travelling from far parking available via requests.
Practice opening hours:
- Weekdays: from 10:00am
- Saturdays: from 9:00am

Candidates must provide:
- Two professional references from previous or current employers/associates
- Valid GDC registration
- Evidence of CPD compliance
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Relevant professional documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist periodontal consultations, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver advanced periodontal treatments, including non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy, implant-related periodontal care, and soft tissue procedures where appropriate
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Manage complex periodontal cases with a high level of clinical expertise
- Work collaboratively with general dentists, hygienists, and other dental professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and excellent clinical standards
- Provide clear communication and patient education to support informed treatment decisions
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centred practice environment
Requirements:
- Specialist Periodontist qualification or relevant postgraduate periodontal training
- Valid GDC registration
- Minimum 2 years’ UK clinical experience in periodontics (private practice experience preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and confidence managing periodontal and complex restorative cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong treatment planning abilities and patient-focused approach
- Experience with Software of Excellence (SOE) is desirable
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team
- Commitment to continuing professional development and staying updated with advances in periodontal care
Remuneration:
Competitive self-employed specialist associate package, based on experience and mutually agreed terms.
