Role Summary: We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Leasing Associate, based at our head office in Sale, Greater Manchester.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, managing and responding to leasing enquiries in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner. You will provide accurate information about available properties and guide customers through the leasing process, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience from initial enquiry through to application.

Working Hours:This is a full-time, office-based position with hybrid flexibility available during Saturday shifts. Your standard working hours will be:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:45 – 17:30
- Friday: 08:45 – 16:00
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 10:00 – 14:00 (with the option to work remotely)
- Occasional bank holiday 10:00 – 14:00 (with the option to work remotely)
When you are scheduled to work on Saturday, your Friday hours will be adjusted to finish at 12:30.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for new tenant enquiries, delivering outstanding customer service and upholding a high level of professionalism at all times
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email in a timely and structured manner, following our established contact and follow-up processes
- Provide clear, accurate information on available properties, rental prices, tenancy terms, and company policies
- Gather relevant details from prospective tenants regarding their requirements, preferences, and timescales
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings, working collaboratively with our branch teams and Territory Managers
- Liaise closely with leasing consultants and property managers to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth operations
- Conduct timely follow-ups with applicants to provide feedback, address queries, and maintain engagement throughout the process
- Support applicants in completing leasing documentation and guide them through the entire application and approval journey
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the local lettings market, industry trends, and company offerings
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act and Housing/Rent Acts, as well as internal company standards
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or property leasing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital platforms
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Full valid drivers license
Desirable:
- Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards certification)
- Experience in the property or lettings sector
- Familiarity with CRM or property management software
