About Us
We are a busy, fast-paced local design and print company. From business cards and brochures to large-format signage and bespoke booklets, we help our clients bring their ideas to life. We are a close-knit team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in!

The Role
We are looking for an adaptable, hands-on person to join our production team. You will play a key role in our production process, handling the final stages of our products and ensuring everything is ready for our clients. Variety guaranteed - no two days will be the same!

Your Responsibilities

Print Finishing: Operating cutting, guillotining, folding, laminating, and binding equipment. (Full training on specific machinery is provided, but a practical mindset is a must!)
Hand Finishing: Assembling, collating, and packing printed materials manually.
Quality Control: Checking for errors and ensuring all jobs are finished to the highest standard.
General Support: Assisting the wider team, keeping the production area tidy and safe, and helping out wherever needed.

About You

You are practical, great with your hands, and have an excellent eye for detail.
You don't mind physical, active work and can stand for periods.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are great at managing your time.
Previous print or bindery experience is a bonus, but a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude are far more important to us.
