We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. Job Title: Telesales Representative
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-16:00)
Location: Tredegar, South Wales (position is office based)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Responsible to: Telesales Team Leader
Main purpose of job: To contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity in Hubspot.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Main tasks / Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed – setting appointments as required
- Enter and update customer information in Hubspot
- Process orders in an accurate manner – progress to Quotation via Hubspot workflow
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
- Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact – daily, weekly and monthly Reporting
