We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join us and play an integral part in the Aftersales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful main dealership. It is important that you are well organised, able to follow processes and procedures, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturer, policies, and procedures are fully complied with
Prepare invoices, claim forms, and supporting material to provide to the manufacturer within the specified timescale
Check current work in progress so that claims are made on time
Deal with all policy claims, ensuring that customer reimbursements are correct
Be conversant with all of the warranty providers’ policies and procedures and the use of the manufacturers’ electronic communication system
Be actively involved in costing and ensure the procedures adopted by the workshop controller are in line with Manuals
Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis to the manufacturer, adhering to their policies and procedures within the required timeframe
Liaising with the Service Manager and Aftersales Team
Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service

Have good PC skills
