RKW’s Finance function is evolving – and from the merger of our Credit Control and Disputes Resolution teams, we have now created a new role for a Credit Control Administrator.

This is a wonderful chance for someone who is looking to start in credit control / credit management. You will be working as part of the wider credit function in a large, growing, fast-paced family-owned company.

You may already be in an Accounts team role – or you might be working in Customer Service, Sales Order Processing, or Operational Admin – what we’re really looking for is great attention to detail, a head of numbers and the sort of approach that gets things done.

With this new team structure, a clear career progression pathway has been established, with role specific training and development available.

Job Role:

To support the Credit Controller in ensuring that the assigned customer accounts are in line with the companies trading terms.

Specific Duties:

Allocation of receipts to customer accounts
Matching receipts against Invoices
Raising Debit notes
Investigating Debit notes
Liaising with other departments to resolve debit note requests
Raising Credit Notes for Debit notes once approved
Ad-Hoc Duties

Skills and Desirables:

Must have experience with Excel

Must have a can-do attitude

Likes problem solving

Wants to work as part of a team

Understands credit and debit notes
