Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality education and care that follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create and implement fun, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Create Awe and Wonder in every moment, using children's interests to spark curiosity and joy
- Foster positive relationships with children, their families, and other team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our nursery setting.
Essential Requirements:
- A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
- A 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate.
- Safeguarding Level 2 qualification.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one prior to employment).
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- A team-player with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
