Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and experienced Onsite Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy logistics and warehouse facility. You'll be responsible for managing teams, overseeing warehouse operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring high standards of safety and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily depot operation to ensure efficient parcel distribution.
Lead, motivate, and support delivery drivers and on-site staff.
Monitor operational performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
Coordinate vehicle loading and dispatch schedules.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and company procedures.
Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Liaise with senior management regarding performance, staffing, and operational improvements.
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
Deliver outstanding customer service through effective operational management.

Full UK driving licence preferred.
