Location: Pencoed

Nick Lang Contracting is looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) Low Loader Driver to join our growing team. We operate a modern fleet and specialise in the transport of plant, machinery, and heavy equipment across a variety of sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering a safe, efficient, and dependable service.

Key Responsibilities

Transporting plant, machinery, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Loading, securing, and unloading machinery in accordance with industry standards.
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
Adhering to all Driver Hours, Tachograph, and Health & Safety regulations.
Representing Nick Lang Contracting professionally when dealing with customers and site personnel.

Essential Requirements

Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
Valid Driver CPC Qualification.
Digital Tachograph Card.
Experience operating low loader trailers and transporting plant machinery.
Good understanding of load restraint and transport legislation.
Strong work ethic with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
