This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 mental health nurse to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. As a community mental health nurse, you will have a genuine interest in working with adults experiencing enduring and complex mental health problems including their carers and families.
As a registered professional this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership and clinical skills within a community setting. As a core member of the team, you will support patients through the combined pathway of care focusing on recovery and improving quality of life.
