Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic and Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various premises, including residential homes and commercial establishments. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience in janitorial services, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to meet hygiene standards
Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Use specialised cleaning equipment as required, including floor polishers and steam cleaners
Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks based on client needs

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties effectively over extended periods
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, hygienic environments and are committed to providing outstanding service. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work will be considered an advantage.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
