Regional Manager

North East England

Salary up to £80,000 + Car Allowance

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded care provider, seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a small portfolio of care homes across the North East of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established multi-site leader to take strategic and operational ownership of a group of homes, driving quality, compliance and performance across the portfolio.

The Role

Provide operational and strategic oversight across a small portfolio of care homes
Support, mentor and performance-manage a team of Registered Managers, ensuring strong leadership at each site
Maintain and improve CQC compliance across all homes within the portfolio
Drive occupancy, quality and commercial performance across the group
Act as the key point of escalation and support for Home Managers, stepping in operationally where needed
Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, professionals and other external stakeholders
Ensure consistency of standards, culture and person-centred care across all homes

What We're Looking For

Proven experience overseeing multiple care homes in a Regional Manager or similar multi-site role
RGN qualification is desirable but not essential
A strong, demonstrable track record with CQC across a portfolio of services
Confident, credible leadership style with the ability to influence and support Home Managers
Strong commercial and operational acumen
A genuine passion for driving quality and consistency across multiple sites
