Sales Negotiator – Immediate Start

Winkworth Harrow

Winkworth Harrow is expanding and we’re excited to offer full-time, permanent opportunities for motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiators to join our busy and successful office.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and landlords
Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process
Manage viewings, negotiations, and ongoing client communication
Work effectively under pressure in a high-volume office
Contribute positively as part of a driven, professional team

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in property lettings (essential)
Excellent people and communication skills
Strong customer service mindset with attention to client relationships
Highly organised with good PC skills
Calm, focused, and resilient under pressure
Ambitious, motivated, and keen to excel in the property industry
Full UK driving licence and own car (required)

What We Offer

Basic salary: £25,000 per annum
Uncapped commission & bonus structure
OTE: £35,000 – £60,000+
Car allowance
Permanent, full-time position
