Salary
£27-35,000 per year, pro rata / PAYE / Salary dependent on experience
The role is office based, but we are flexible as to days/times to fit around family and life commitments.

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our small agency. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to support various initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement for our clients. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, newsletters, project managing marketing for events. You will also be supporting our team with our own products and launch strategies. If you possess strong organisational skills and a flair for creativity, and an interest in growing your tech and systems knowledge, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage and update client social media accounts and newsletter campaigns by adding content and analysing performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects, supporting to ensure deadlines are met through effective time management.
Provide administrative support within the office environment, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
Build client, supplier and partner relationships to grow business opportunities

Ideal requirements

Confident using Canva, content editing apps, Mailerlite (or similar), SquareSpace and other marketing related tools would be ideal, training may be provided for the right person.
Experience in B2B marketing is advantageous but not essential.
Experience creating reports for campaign analysis is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies, and happy to research and present ideas to the team for projects.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
