Working Hours
37.75 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Includes a 45-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
At M&M Theatrical Productions, we create unforgettable live theatre experiences for primary schools across the UK and Ireland. From spectacular pantomimes to engaging educational productions, our shows bring excitement, laughter, and creativity directly into schools, often giving children their very first experience of live theatre.
We are now looking for ambitious and enthusiastic Bookings Agent to join our growing Ayr-based team.
This is far more than a typical sales role. You will be helping schools create memorable experiences for thousands of children while building long-term relationships with teachers, office staff, and school leaders across the country.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with schools across the UK and Ireland to arrange theatre performances
- Building strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service
- Managing bookings from initial enquiry through to performance day
- Encouraging repeat bookings and long-term partnerships
- Updating customer records accurately using our CRM system
- Working closely with a supportive and energetic sales team
- Helping schools find the right productions, dates, and solutions for their pupils
You will receive full in-house training on our productions, systems, and sales approach, giving you everything you need to succeed and grow within the company.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, bookings, telesales, or customer service
- Confident communication and strong people skills
- Motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic attitude
- Positive and resilient mindset
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment
- Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport
