Full job description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee Painting / Decorating projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the trade and experience in supervising large projects.

Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety regulations
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the tradesmen and subcontractors on-site.
Monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and Management to facilitate smooth communication and problem resolution on a daily basis.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or delays and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and safety records
Enforce health and safety policies to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel
Extensive supervising experience on large-scale projects
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and direct site personnel effectively
Plant inspection as / when required

Company vehicle supplied and also a potential to earn bonus

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
