Mobile Cleaning Operative

Location: Cambridge & Huntingdon (various client sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday (with occasional overtime available)
Salary: Competitive pay (depending on experience)

About the Role

CamClean is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company, and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our friendly team.

This role involves travelling between commercial sites across Cambridge and Huntingdon, carrying out high-quality cleaning services and supporting our clients whenever additional cover or specialist cleaning is required.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out commercial cleaning to a consistently high standard.
Cover planned and emergency staff absences across multiple sites.
Complete periodic deep cleans and specialist cleaning tasks.
Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
Maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicle in a clean and tidy condition.
Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Represent CamClean professionally at all times.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential).
Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Flexible and willing to travel between client sites.
Right to work in the UK.
