Marketing & Lead Generation Executive – 44Group
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Truro, Cornwall
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–1:30pm
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team at 44Group.
This is a marketing role with a strong commercial focus. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads and opportunities for our sales teams across our exhibitions, awards and media brands in the UK, USA and Saudi Arabia.
Using a combination of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, LinkedIn outreach, market research and audience engagement campaigns, you will help drive exhibitor sales, sponsorship opportunities and event growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team
- Research and identify prospective exhibitors, sponsors, partners and attendees
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Support outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn and digital channels
- Identify new markets, sectors and business opportunities
- Qualify and nurture leads before passing them to the sales team
Marketing Activity
- Create and deliver email marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow LinkedIn engagement across event brands
- Support social media activity across multiple platforms
- Assist with content creation including newsletters, promotional campaigns and digital marketing materials
- Develop campaigns designed to increase audience engagement and lead generation
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial objectives
Data & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance and lead generation activity
- Track key metrics and provide regular reporting
- Continuously test and improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain accurate CRM and prospect data
What We're Looking For

Experience with email marketing platforms, LinkedIn campaigns, CRM systems or digital marketing tools would be beneficial but is not essential.
