Full job description

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional waitressing Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Serve drinks and food to customers in a courteous and timely manner
Take orders accurately and process payments using the till system
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
Restock supplies and ensure all beverages are prepared according to safety standards
Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations diligently
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the start and end of shifts

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable / ESSENTIAL
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Good communication skills and a personable demeanour
Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when needed.
